Our instructors

Ashlee Mundt is the owner and operator of New Notes. She has been teaching music privately for 14 years and loves every moment! She has a B.E. Vocal Education and B.A. Flute Performance degree from Crown College in Minnesota. She specializes in all instruments, classic vocal instruction, and pre-primary music instruction. She also directs the Harmony Kid's Choir!

Gil Hathaway is our resident recording instructor! He has been teaching for 12 years and loves working with kids. Gil is a published author and works a lot with recording music. His fun loving attitude rolls over into his instruction. He teaches piano, guitar (electric and bass), ukulele, band instruments and strings.
